В связи со сложившейся в Кыргызской Республике непростой политической ситуацией, вызванной активизацией людей пробакиевского и акаевского режима, напрямую связанных с криминалитетом, и, как следствие, увеличением угрозы сепаратизма, национализма и исламского экстремизма, страна может разделиться не только на север и юг, но и вообще утратить свою государственность. Возникшая социальная напряженность и политическая нестабильность самым негативным образом отразятся на всех центрально-азиатских государствах, приведут к неопределенности геостратегических интересов стран-членов ОДКБ. Сегодняшним положением дел могут воспользоваться заинтересованные в своем прямом или косвенном влиянии на данный регион другие сверхдержавы. Если сегодня мы не примем кардинальных и адекватных действий, то «кыргызская проблема» может стать проблемой для всей Евразии, и ее решение в последующем затянется на долгие годы.
Временное правительство, как бы оно ни утверждалось посредством митингов и акций в свою поддержку, из-за имеющихся субъективных и объективных причин, мешающих консолидации власти в руках одной политической силы, не может адекватно и продуктивно выполнять функции государства и гарантировать законность в стране, как в настоящем, так и в будущем. Государства-члены ОДКБ не должны поддаваться обнадеживающим, но в то же время хрупким и недальновидным заверениям Временного правительства в том, что оно контролирует ситуацию в Кыргызстане. Это всего лишь иллюзия, его психологическая самозащита. Все может измениться в доли секунды.
Уважаемые господа, учитывая, что между нашими государствами по линии ОДКБ имеются соответствующие межгосударственные соглашения о взаимопомощи в случае военно-политических угроз, прошу вас не ограничиваться только консультантами и наблюдателями, а решить принципиально вопрос о возможности введения в Кыргызскую Республику специального военизированного подразделения ОДКБ для предупреждения возможных политических катаклизмов в Кыргызстане и во всем центрально-азиатском регионе до проведения Временным правительством официальных президентских и парламентских выборов.

Обращение Ж. Назаралиева к главам государств-членов ОДКБ

Уважаемые господа, пишу вам как гуманитарий, народный доктор и ученый, признанный во многих странах мира, как общественный деятель и миротворец. Обращаюсь к вам от имени всех кыргызстанцев.
В связи со сложившейся в Кыргызской Республике непростой политической ситуацией, вызванной активизацией людей пробакиевского и акаевского режима, напрямую связанных с криминалитетом, и, как следствие, увеличением угрозы сепаратизма, национализма и исламского экстремизма, страна может разделиться не только на север и юг, но и вообще утратить свою государственность. Возникшая социальная напряженность и политическая нестабильность самым негативным образом отразятся на всех центрально-азиатских государствах, приведут к неопределенности геостратегических интересов стран-членов ОДКБ. Сегодняшним положением дел могут воспользоваться заинтересованные в своем прямом или косвенном влиянии на данный регион другие сверхдержавы. Если сегодня мы не примем кардинальных и адекватных действий, то «кыргызская проблема» может стать проблемой для всей Евразии, и ее решение в последующем затянется на долгие годы.
Временное правительство, как бы оно ни утверждалось посредством митингов и акций в свою поддержку, из-за имеющихся субъективных и объективных причин, мешающих консолидации власти в руках одной политической силы, не может адекватно и продуктивно выполнять функции государства и гарантировать законность в стране, как в настоящем, так и в будущем. Государства-члены ОДКБ не должны поддаваться обнадеживающим, но в то же время хрупким и недальновидным заверениям Временного правительства в том, что оно контролирует ситуацию в Кыргызстане. Это всего лишь иллюзия, его психологическая самозащита. Все может измениться в доли секунды.
Уважаемые господа, учитывая, что между нашими государствами по линии ОДКБ имеются соответствующие межгосударственные соглашения о взаимопомощи в случае военно-политических угроз, прошу вас не ограничиваться только консультантами и наблюдателями, а решить принципиально вопрос о возможности введения в Кыргызскую Республику специального военизированного подразделения ОДКБ для предупреждения возможных политических катаклизмов в Кыргызстане и во всем центрально-азиатском регионе до проведения Временным правительством официальных президентских и парламентских выборов.
